Base Building: Week 3 (22.43)

I’m slowly bringing the running miles back up.Β I have an idea for my next race, but I’m waiting for some details to be ironed out before I officially commit. Stay tuned. πŸ™‚

Sunday (4-2-17)

  • 6.22 mile run
  • walked 2.65 miles
  • strength training (bench press, dumbbells, push-ups)

Monday (4-3-17)

  • cycle class ~12 miles
  • walked 6.52 miles

Tuesday (4-4-17)

  • 5.06 mile run
  • walked 5.30 miles

Wednesday (4-5-17)

  • cycle class ~12.3 miles
  • strength training (push-ups, dumbbells, jump squats, plie squats, legs, etc.)
  • walked 5.05 miles

Thursday (4-6-17)

  • 5.10 mile run
  • walked 8.14 miles

Friday (4-7-17)

  • walked 6.74 miles

Saturday (4-8-17)

  • 6.05 mile run
  • walked 1.20 miles
